XML::Liberalを作る dh-make-perl DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck

notestが使えないなぁと思って調べてみたら、最近かわっていたようで。

dh-make-perl: (No) support for the DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS ‘nocheck’.

次のようにしたらパッケージはできた

DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck dh-make-perl --cpan XML::Liberal --build

追記：
できたけど、libxml-libxml-perlの依存関係が解決できず、forceオプションつけてインストールした

dpkg -i --force-depends libxml-liberal-perl_0.21-1_all.deb
